Ricardo Lee "Rick" Bolin, 66, of Rutland, OH, went to be with the Lord on November 10, 2022 surrounded by his immediate family. He was born on August 16, 1956, to Joe and Janet (Turner) Bolin of Rutland, OH.

Rick worked for several years as a paramedic for Southeast Ohio Emergency Medical Services (SEOEMS) before beginning his career at the Ohio Valley Electic Corporation, Kyger Creek plant, where he retired after 40 years.
