Jeffrey Paul Lowry, 68, of Racine, OH passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2020, at his residences. Born November 12, 1951, at Columbus, OH to the late Paul and Elise Lowry. He was a former painter.
Jeff was survived by his significant other Tina Leigh Slater, a brother Theodore Lowry. He was also preceded bya sister Lynn Adkins.
